Cookie Policy
Effective 14 July 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how WasteReady uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website or use an app. They are widely used to make services work, or work more efficiently, and to provide information to the service operator.
2. How we use cookies
WasteReady keeps its use of cookies to a minimum. We use:
- Strictly necessary cookies: used to log you in and keep you signed in securely (authentication and session). The Service will not work without these.
- Analytics: we use Vercel Analytics to understand page views and performance so we can improve the Service. Its basic metrics are collected without advertising cookies.
3. Third parties
Some cookies are set by the providers that run the Service, including Supabase (authentication) and Vercel (hosting and analytics). Their use of data is governed by their own privacy policies.
4. Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Because our cookies are strictly necessary for login, blocking them may prevent you from signing in and using the Service.
5. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time; material changes will be notified in the app or by email.
6. Contact
